Two weekday programs. Here is what each one costs for 2026/27.
Monday – Friday
5-Day Core Learning Program
$8,000 per year
$800/mo · or $725/mo with Service Membership
Full week including Math & Language Arts instruction, individualized learning plans, and all enrichment days.
Wednesday – Friday
3-Day Enrichment Learning Program
$5,000 per year
$500/mo · or $440/mo with Service Membership
Sciences, social studies, PE, life skills, and the arts. Math and Language Arts come from home or another program.
A non-refundable $150 registration fee is paid with your application, once per household each program year. Frontier Girls-only enrollment is exempt. Pay annually for 10% off, or by semester for 5%. Sibling discounts and Service Membership savings are available — just ask.
Using charter funds
Many of our families use homeschool charter funds. Meadow View Learning is an approved vendor with most of the homeschool charters our families use. Charter funding may be applied to Wednesday–Friday instructional days only. Math and Language Arts instruction is not included in charter-funded services. All charter-funded instruction is secular in nature. Our faith-based Core Program is private-pay, and families are responsible to cover any portion not paid by their charter. Bring your charter's name to your call and we'll confirm its current coverage.

A note from Rachel
Our families are either homeschooling or enrolled with a homeschool charter. We created Meadow View Learning to give the children in our community a wholesome and “old school” learning environment — consistent rules, real books, plenty of fresh air, and adults who believe in the students.
This guide answers the questions families ask us: what a week looks like, what it costs, and whether we would be a good fit for your family. If it leaves a question open, please reach out and ask.

How small this stays
We cap the entire community at 35 students across all ages, grades 2 through 12. Eleven are here now. We're filling twelve full-week seats for fall 2026.

Questions families ask first
Are you an accredited private school?
No. Meadow View Learning is a faith-based nonprofit tutorial center serving families who independently homeschool under California's Private School Affidavit (PSA) law or through charter school programs. We provide weekday instructional support in a community-based environment.
Families choose us for a structured, in-person week with caring instructors and small multi-age classrooms, while keeping the freedom and flexibility of homeschooling.
What does it cost?
The 5-Day Core Learning Program is $8,000 per year ($800/mo · or $725/mo with Service Membership). The 3-Day Enrichment Learning Program is $5,000 per year. Pay annually for 10% off, or by semester for 5%. Sibling discounts and Service Membership savings are available — just ask.

How does faith show up day to day?
Faith and virtue are a part of every day. They shape how conflict is handled, how work is owned, and how children treat each other on an ordinary Tuesday. Mornings in the Core Program open with a group circle and prayer, and virtues are named and practiced daily in our classroom communities. Families from a range of church backgrounds are warmly welcome. All charter-funded instruction is secular in nature.
How much screen time do students have?
Elementary classrooms are screen-free. Across all ages, learning is led by reading, writing, speaking, and hands-on work rather than screen time. In the elementary years that means real books and good old-fashioned pencil and paper.
Older students use technology purposefully in specific programs, such as our Engineering & Design Lab, which has computers and a 3D printer.
